As a community leader, Luis Garg oversaw various successful Real Estate Development Entities with affording housing construction projects in Latin America and the United States. After Luis Garg relocated to the United States in 1992, he began pursuing his passion of building affordable housing for the booming Hispanic marketplace. He is responsible and accountable for a commitment to generate Passive, Residual, Recurrent Income, and Profits for shareholders, investors, and clients.
BUSINESS
With over 45 years as an independent entrepreneur, Luis Garg has successfully launched, developed, built, marketed, and secured financing for multi-million dollar housing projects worldwide with more than 10,000 affordable housing units built directly and sold profitably. He has designed, developed, and implemented systems to build one hundred complete houses per day. These entities have become a public company that currently builds more than 36,000 houses per year in Latin America. In 1992, Luis Garg retired from building houses in Latin America to focus on educating and training others to become financially independent. Within 4 years, Luis Garg built a network marketing organization achieving 540,000 independent distributors in with a rapid exponential growth to $2,000,000 US revenue per week. To teach others the Secrets of Real Wealth, Luis Garg created the International Success Institute.
As a Wealth Coach, Luis Garg taught wealth creation, financial freedom, and financial management systems for various transformational, network-marketing, and success organizations. During one of these trainings, Luis Garg recognized the need for a way to empower average investors to participate in profitable and secure real estate investment without having personally manage tenants. Out of this was born RealFund, a system that provides profitable, affordable, and secure real estate participation for everyone. Now Mr. Garg holds it as his personal mission to become the “Charles Schwab” of real estate investing using Secured Promissory Notes collateralized by Deeds of Trust as a secure, profitable, and powerful passive investment tool available to everyone.
LUIS GARG, COMMUNITY LEADER
A man with a gentle heart, Mr. Garg created the Drop of Life philanthropic project to eliminate the tragedy of children dying from biologically contaminated water worldwide with self-sustaining, financially viable business structures and efficiency systems. He also actively serves as the head volunteer for the Prison Ministry at his church, responsible for serving 15,000 prisoners and their families.
LUIS GARG’S FAMILY, EDUCATION, AND LEADERSHIP
Born in Mexico City in April 1945 of Basque (French and Spanish) parents, Mr. Garg went on to obtain a Bachelor degree in Architecture, a Masters of Business Administration, and a PhD in Urban Design and City Planning. He has been a university professor of construction administration and management systems, and is an author of several training manuals, a keynote speaker, and a seminar leader. As a single parent, Mr. Garg raised a son who is currently a Surgeon Doctor and a graduate of Harvard Medical School. In his teen years, Mr.Garg was an Olympic swimmer and team captain, winning Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals in the Pan-American games and other competitions. He is still in perfect health, exercising daily, and enjoys jogging, sailing, and skiing.
